Nollienne joined REYNOLD CHAMBERS in September 2019. Nollienne completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of the West of England in 2016. Nollienne was previously registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), where she trained in Immigration Law.

Immigration

Nollienne has a very high success rate in dealing with various Immigration applications. She is highly experienced in appeal preparation with excellent results varying from deportation to Human Rights, private and family life. Nollienne has experience in business immigration, assisting businesses and employees in how to obtain their work permit visas and extensions in the UK.

Nollienne migrated to the UK at a young age from the Philippines, having acquired her expertise and knowledge in Immigration, Nollienne continues to help the Filipinos in the UK in understanding their legal and Human Rights to remain in the UK. Nollienne continues to be an advocate and is passionate in helping everyone from all walks of life in obtaining their right to remain in the UK.

Landlord & Tenant

Nollienne began her training in Landlord & Tenant Law since joining REYNOLD CHAMBERS. She works towards expanding her knowledge and expertise in this area and has successfully achieved positive outcomes for her clients.

Nollienne has experience in dealing with tenant’s deposits, unlawful evictions, unwinding of tenancy agreements, eviction notices and landlord and agency disputes.
